Terms & Conditions
The rules of the road for everyone who uses InclusiveDating - written in plain English, because a disability dating app should never hide its policies behind dense legalese.
Agreement Overview
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are the agreement between you and InclusiveDating ("we", "us", "the platform") when you create a profile, browse matches, send messages, or otherwise use our services. They cover who can join, how you must behave, what we promise, and what happens if something goes wrong. By tapping Join Free, you confirm that you have read and accept everything below.
We pair this document with our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle your data, and our Safety Tips, which describe how we keep the community safe. Together these three documents form the full contract.

18+ Age Requirement
Adults only - no exceptions.
InclusiveDating is an adults-only platform. By creating an account you contractually confirm that you are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration and at all times while you use the service. Profiles found to belong to minors are removed immediately and reported to relevant authorities when required by law.
Some content on the platform - including parts of member profiles, voice messages, and community discussions - may be intended for mature audiences. We do not knowingly market to, collect information from, or display content to anyone under 18.
Account Creation and Honesty Rules
When you create your profile, you agree to three simple promises that keep the community honest and safe for every disabled adult who joins it.
- One account per person. Duplicate accounts dilute trust and confuse the matching engine. If you need to start over, contact us and we will help you reset cleanly.
- Real, recent photos of you. Every member completes human photo verification with a live selfie. Stolen images, AI-generated faces, and heavily filtered photos are not allowed. Visible mobility aids, prosthetics, and adaptive equipment are welcomed - never required, but never penalized.
- Accurate disclosure of who you are. You may share as much or as little about your disability, identity, or relationship goals as you choose, but the information you do share must be truthful. We use identity-first or person-first language based on each member's preference, and you should do the same when describing yourself.
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything that happens on your account. Tell us at once if you suspect unauthorized access.
Community Standards: Anti-Ableism and Anti-Devotee Clause
Anti-Ableism Anti-Devotee
Zero tolerance - by design, not by slogan.
InclusiveDating exists because mainstream dating apps tolerate behavior that traumatizes disabled adults. We do not. The following are grounds for immediate, permanent removal after a single review by a human moderator:
- Ableism. Mocking, pitying, or treating a disability as a deficiency. Calling anyone "brave just for existing" is condescending; calling anyone "less than" is forbidden.
- Devoteeism and fetishization. Approaching members because of their disability rather than the person attached to it - including unsolicited messages about prosthetics, wheelchairs, stumps, scars, seizures, or any disability-specific body part.
- Harassment, slurs, and stalking. Including the use of outdated terms like "midget," "wheelchair-bound," "suffers from," or "handicapped" after a member has indicated their preferred language.
- Inspiration porn. Treating members as motivational props rather than potential partners.
Allies and inter-abled couples are welcome - what is not welcome is curiosity disguised as romance.
Your Content, Your Ownership
The photos, voice notes, ASL video bios, written prompts, and stories you upload remain yours. By posting them you grant InclusiveDating a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display them inside the platform so other members can see your profile and connect with you. This license ends when you delete the content or close your account.
We will never sell your photos, never use your face in advertising without your written permission, and never share your disability disclosures with third parties for marketing. Your trust is the product - not your data.
Prohibited Behavior
In addition to the community standards above, the following actions will result in suspension or permanent ban:
- Harassing, intimidating, or threatening any member through messages, voice, or video.
- Operating romance scams, money-request schemes, or any form of financial fraud.
- Misrepresenting your age, identity, photos, or disability status.
- Impersonating another person, brand, public figure, or InclusiveDating staff.
- Pushing members off-platform to unverified channels before consent and trust are established.
- Posting hate speech targeting race, ethnicity, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, or disability.
- Fetishizing disability or sending unsolicited sexual content of any kind.
- Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including the sale of regulated substances or trafficking.
Account Suspension and Termination
You may also close your own account at any time from Settings → Account → Close My Account. Closure deletes your profile within 30 days, except where retention is legally required (see our Privacy Policy).
Dispute Resolution and Liability Limits
Step one: talk to us
If something has gone wrong, write to [email protected]. The vast majority of disputes are resolved through a single conversation with our member-care team. We commit to a written response within 10 business days.
Step two: binding arbitration
If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, both you and InclusiveDating agree to resolve the matter through individual binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration takes place remotely or in the federal district where you live. Both sides waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class action. Nothing here prevents you from contacting a regulator or filing a small-claims case.
Liability limits
InclusiveDating is a platform that connects adults; we are not a guarantor of the people you meet. We screen, verify, and moderate as described in our Safety Tips, but we cannot fully predict human behavior. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability to any one member for any claim is capped at the greater of $100 USD or the amount you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These limits do not apply where prohibited - for example, in cases of gross negligence, intentional misconduct, or where state or federal consumer-protection law overrides the cap.
